Cottonwood Clinic MedSpa is located in downtown Deer Lodge  in beautifuI Southwest Montana.  The MedSpa is located in rear entrance of the main clinic.  We provide a variety of aesthetic, cosmetic and spa services  in a professional, private, yet comfortable and calming environment.   Our highly trained staff is dedicated to customer satisfaction and exceeding your expectations. 

Cottonwood Clinic and MedSpa is owned and operated by Heide Applegate, FNP-C.  Heide is a certified nurse practitioner with aesthetic and cosmetic medicine training who is passionate about her work and dedicated to offering state of the art treatments.  She has been in the health care field for over 20 years and has a reputation for providing compassionate, quality care at the highest level.
